I can't quite explain camelopardalis' relationship to this show, so you will just have to take my word for it. There is a relationship. This detail of camelopardalis from a larger sketch by Lindsay Kayser appears in the book.



"Record Made By A Captive Nightingale" by Carl Reich is the first recording ever made of a bird. Nightingales have something to do with Apocalypse Town.

Music boxes also have something to do with Apocalypse Town. Or at least one music box with a short repeating pattern, that makes an appearance in our performance in a couple of places.
